Dear all,

I have issue with WinCC client which not displaying the graphic, the client getting data from redundant server. 

I have checked, server data status, sharing project, and also tried to reload the server data in client station but so far no improvement.

is there any other possibility ?

Sorry i just come back from vacation, was away from the job, anyway today i checked about the client issue, and found client picture was stop working while redundant server wincc explorer was activated.

So before that i created new server data on primary server and loaded in client, meanwhile i deactivated project in redundant server and found client picture was able to loaded.

but after redundant server project activated again client picture was stopped or unable to load.

i'm facing the same issue on wincc 7.5 UPD19.

When the system performs the switch to the redundant server, my clients lose the graphics (i see just the hourglass icon) and navigation doesn't.

However, in the runtime status i can see the redundant server working properly (green arrow).

Did you solved? If yes... how?
