I'm trying to add types from an imported library to my project, I can add most but there's 1 block that always fails. 

I get the following error:

The instantiation has failed

The instantiation of F_Diagnosis is not allowed

There's no explenation of why it's failed, the code in the popup is 0026:000485

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this, the Siemens manual on libraries offers no help.
