Is it possible to transfer the WinCC Unified SCADA runtime from one PC to another solely by creating a single file? In this scenario, only the runtime component has been installed on the target PC. I would like to know if copying or exporting a specific file or package from the original system enables the runtime to operate on a different computer without reinstalling the entire software. Please confirm whether this method is feasible or if additional procedures or licenses are required for successful deployment across multiple devices.
