CPU IM151-7

@LAD Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Hi guys I'm facing the following problem, the CPU IM151-7 (firmware 2.6.11) stops in random mode with all the leds blinking, at the restart in the diag buffer i find the message INTERNAL ERROR event id:4550 Z1:914d Z2:0000 Z3:0000 do anybody know wath it means? merry Xmas

(looking here: Operating System Updates for IM151-7 CPU) So I think you should contact the customer support with your question. -> Support Request Good luck Sabine

@LAD Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Tks a lot Sabine, i've already done it unfortunately the support has not yet send me any reply, i suppose it's a mess also for the developpers shoot this kind of problems, nevertheless i will never buy again this product have a nice day

@LAD Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	tks little holmes i send a 1st request yesterday in the morning & today i send a second one and nobody reply me, it's looks kinda joking with the customers, anyway i'll wait a day more then if the "support" still sleep i change the hardware to Rockwell have a nice day

@LAD Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Hi moderator yes i have gota reply unfortunately not helplful till now because service can't shoot exactly thereason of malfunctioningon the basis of data from diagnostic buffer i sent them. They still require me to run an addictional detection tool provided by them but, asclearly specified in my support request, the CPU it's over, after a power off/on only thre SF led blinks (2Hz) and there is no way to establish any online connection via MPI port, so I can't run any detection tool. Well, right now I have bought a IM151-1 standard to connect the ET200S peripherie to an oldS7 300CPU 313C coming from our warehouse because I must startup the plant and I cannot risk any further delay due to hardware problems, tomorrow I will test everything hoping this storyends as soon as possible. tks for your help @LAD
