ABD Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	Hello every body We are using PCS7 V6.1 SP1 with required licenses for our Operator Station. Also, we are using Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service pack 2 as Operating system. Actually, the system was working well for a long period (many months). On day before yesterday,we tried to install Norton AntiVirus 2007, but installation was failed. Then,we gone through Norton website for uninstall & reinstall procedures. Norton has given a tool called "Norton Removal Tool" to uninstall Norton products. After a successful uninstallation of Norton Antivirus, PC has restarted. Then,we had tried to reinstall Norton Antivirus 2007, but installation was failed again. Actually, this Operator Station was under production. Andwe didn't want to try again to install Antivirus without sufficient information. Sowe have started the WinCC Explorer, but the existing project (HMI.mcp) is not opening and given errors as mentioned below. HResult Error: 0x80080005: Server execution failed And also saying that Error while requesting the interface for the data storage: C:HMIHMIHMI.mcp

Unfortunately if sugestions in this FAQ didn't help you to solve the problem, I am afraid you should reinstall OS. i don't know if only reinstall of WinCC will do the trick.
