CE-X21: Problems with FB144

I intergrated the library "CE-X21_S7-1200_GPRS_library.zip" to s7-1200 program and I try to set parameters in DB which is created when I called FB144 in main OB1 block. I try to download but I received compiled error FB144 network 87. I try with start up project "CE-X21_S7-1200_GPRS_Startup-Code" from Siemens also but same problem was appeared.
