Why is 6ES7197-1LA04-0XA0 not fit for PCS7 V6.1

I have another question (hopefully the last one). This order, 6ES7197-1LA04-0XA0, is for Y-link (indoor) and this one, 6ES7197-1LA11-0XA0 is for outdoor use. I want to use the first one but I saw one point in Siemens Catalog that confused me! It says the first order is not fit for PCS7 6.1!!!(attachment) Do you know the reason?? Splitted from Redundancy (2 CPU 315-2DP some ET200M (IM153-2)) - using S7-400 and use Y-Link instead. |

Now this issue is pulished in PCS7 part? Can anybody tell me the reason of this unfitness?? |
