Unable to activate runtime

dugme Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	I try to put the Wincc into runtime. It fails to go to runtime and gives a error saying "CCWriteArchiveServer.exe (see attachment) has encountered a problem and needs to close". After that I try again and whenever activation process is finished, deactivation is started automatically by itself. I don’t know how to solve problem. I am using windows XP SP2 and PCS7 6.1, WinCC version is V6 SP3.AlsoHotfix2 may not be used with PCS7. Can anybody help me? Attachment failure.jpg (650 Downloads)

Which Hotfix are you talking of - is this a pure PCS7 Hotfix? => You should NEVER install Hotfixes, if you are not 100% surethat they will fix your specific problem!!! How much RAM/freediskspacedoes your PChave? Is there any other Software installed - like PC-anywhere???? From my experience I know that in some special cases problems apeared with the ArchiveService which were fixed in HF11 of WinCC. Quote from HF11 readme: Additional security queries have been integrated in the ArchiveServer. In rare cases the controlsstopped working. This has been corrected.
