Sinamics drives have a Profibus-DP port directly on the CU320-2DP controller, and can have either a Ethernet card (for Profinet-IO connection) or a CAN interface as an optional board. See the following Operating Instructions for a Sinamics S150 as an example: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/51829296 If these communication interfaces are not what you are looking for, what exactly do you need? dchartier Grandmaster Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 12/28/2025 Posts: 12477 Rating: (2722)	Hello JimmyHendrix; What you are looking for is usually provided by the manufacturer of the DCS for their own brand of drives, in the same way that Siemens provides DriveES for Siemens drives, or Rockwell offers Intellicenter software developped for their motor starters. I personnally doubt (or at least I have never seen)that you will find a non-Siemens outfit that will provide a library for Siemens drives integrated in their control system, but you never know...
