I have one site here in Jeddah-KSA which has more than 10 Universal controller model# RWX62 the problem i need to modify some parameters and thus need Basic documentation POLYGYR # CM2Z3351E which I found in all languages except English!!!!! please I need it urgent. Is it possible that no one from siemens can help me??!!! it is just a small pdf file no one can give me some of his time????

Hello talalplc; It is not that no one cares, but that few members here work with these products. Here on the forum we deal mostly with systems that come from the Automation and Drives division of Siemens. This division created and maintains this forum, and members work mostly in industrial automation. Look at the conference titles at the left of the page to understand this. Polygyr is a line of HVAC control products that was developped a long time ago by Landis and Gyr, which was bought a few years ago by theSiemens Building Technologies division. We on this forum do not have access tto their manuals or support any more than you do, especially to their legacy equipment. The best I can suggest is to go to SBT (https://www.buildingtechnologies.siemens.com/bt/global/en/Pages/home.aspx?HTTPS=REDIR&stc=wwibt100014) and to their Support section to request whatever documentation they still could have for your controller.
