vnis Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have VFD system, i want to change new motor then i see in speed controller, it have 2 parameters: Kp and Tn. I don't know how to enter any optimum value for Kp and Tn ? I see in manual document for S120, Kp,Tn are calculated automatic if i set p0340 = 4 ? My VFD use vector control with : - Control Unit CU320 - S120 - TM31 - SMC30 - Motor with encoder Pls help me and thanks for any advises from you Attachment s120.jpg (292 Downloads)

A: Normally by set P0340=4, without load(no load) the Kp,Tn can be calculate automatic, but with load depending on theload characteristic, if can't calculate automatically you have to optimize manually. P.S.:with load recommend manual optimization, due to automatic happend dangerous case. I don't need to enter the value for Kp and Tn parameter ? A: enter pre-values(beforereplaced motor Kp,Tnvalues,include some smoothing time values).
