TIA v11 licence question

SP2 licences: -Step 7 Basic 10.5 (licence from installation CD/DVD) -WinCC Basic 10.5 (licence from installation CD/DVD) Step 7 Professional Edition 2010 licence: - Step 7 Professional Edition 2010 5.5 (licence from USB stick) WinCC Flexible 2008 SP2 licence: - WinCC flexible 2008 Advanced 1.3 (licence from USB stick) Step 7 Professional V11 SP1 licence: - Step 7 Professional combo upgrade 11.0 (licence from USB stick) WinCC Advanced V11 SP1 licence: - WinCC Advanced upgrade 11.0 (licence from USB stick) But those upgrade licences for TIA v11 are not working. I had to activate trial licences to work with CPU300 and Multi Panels in TIA v11: Trial licences: -Step 7 Professional combo 11.0 -WinCC Advanced 11.0 (same name as I have, except without the upgrade in name). So, please - what licences am I missing, to get those upgrades working? Thanks.

Please select the license Step 7 Professional edition 2010 and go to License Key -> Upgrade Also select WinCC flexible 2008 and go to License Key -> Upgrade See this link: how do you install, uninstall and upgrade license keys?
