please consider, Static local data in FBs:

• Static local data refers to operands which are saved in the FB's instance DB.
• This data is not discarded following the end of the block.
• The data is retained over several cycles until it is written again.

Temporary local data in FBs, FCs and OBs

• Temporary local data is saved in the system memory of the CPU in the order in which declaration occurs, in accordance with the data type.
• This data is discarded following the end of the block.
• The variables are for storing interim results and are retained for just one cycle.
