"At least one channel pair does not match" on process alarms window

Dear expert, What should I do with below message: "At least one channel pair does not match" on process alarms window. (see the attachement) coming on. I have PCS7 redundacy system.
1. There is no SF at both AI modules (showing healty), since these are redundant. 2. Diagnostic Interrupt showing good 3. Replaced both modules with the new one. After above actions, still the alarm persisted

Hi Bob, Sorry I did not replay through private message, because I did know how to insert the attachments Here my answer I configured the time redundancy as per below attachment: Looks like they have same configuration with others redundant modules. But why only this module raised an alarm ?I attached my hardware configuration, just change the ext from zip to cfg !! Today I will try to change dicrepancy time from 5 to 10 persent, just to see if the message still come or not. But this not permanent solution, because the other redundant module are good. Could you advise what is the other possibility. ? note: This is not fertilizer plant but ammonium nitrate plant, and I am usingPCS7 & Basic labraryversion 7.1 + SP1 Regards YB- bontang Attachmentammoniumnitrate_as.zip (224 Downloads) |
