Also confirm what is the setting made for the parameter - Startup after Power ON like this

Hello Sh@rma, Are you using any PID Loops in your program? May be if the problem repeats, you make a note of this settings and then set the startup mode as RUN always. Reference - How does startup work in an S7-1200?

Also try using the lastest Firmware of the CPU which you use, 'cause they are more stable and with high fidelity.

Thanks Sir, M.Sh@rma Hello Sh@rma, The firmware v2.2 is the current. I hope that's the end of the road. Excerpt from the S7-1200 system manual (04/2012) "Note You cannot update an S7-1200 CPU V2.2 or earlier to S7-1200 V3.0 by firmware update." We need to wait for some official news on this.
