Ashutosh Kr Bronze Member Joined: 3/15/2011 Last visit: 4/23/2025 Posts: 134 Rating: (9)	Dear All, Fault code 1044 and 1043 are coming when a download is carried on G120 Drive with CU-240E-2 FIRMWARE VERSION 4.5. Please note that I ‘m using a current Starter Version 4.3.1.2 which is the latest one. If you have make a FW update it's can be a problem durring the update. If you have buy the CU with this FW open a service request to chance the drives. Regards Christoph

If the answer is yes to the first question, then execute "restore factory settings" in the G120 online, copy ram to rom, turn-off de cu, connect online and try download again. If the answer is yes to the second question, this wont function because is not possible to convert CU-240S project's to new version. Good luck! Vagner Oliveira
