the CFC program cann't be complied

elephanty Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	we have been using a TDC system for 4 years ,and now the CFC program can always online .while every time we change the CFC programme ,it displays :"the change memory of the memory module/T400 is defective.".we have tried to copiled it to erase the memory space ,while faults displayed as attached picture when the process completed 28%. how can I compile it successfully ,and whether we can change the programme freely after that ? You need to update your libraries to the latest available versions. Go to the CFC-menu 'Options-Block Types', you will see the window with libraries installed on hard drive (left part of the window) and libriries imported to the project (right side of the window). By selecting the library in the left side and press 'New Version' you can update each library imported into the project to actual version, after that you should compile without errors, download new program and will not have the problems with change memory. KSN Platinum Expert Joined: 8/25/2006 Last visit: 11/14/2024 Posts: 2211 Rating: (280)	Hello. Check which path to the libraries is used (system data from installation or from archive). This option you can select using CFC-menu 'Options-Customize-Compile/Download'. When you select 'From Installation', compiler try to find system files in directory where Step 7/D7-SYS are installed (usually C:\Program Files\Siemens\Step 7\S7CFC). When you select 'From archive' compiler try to find system files in directory of project, in your case this is: C:\Program Files\Siemens\Step 7\S7Proj\RM_DRI_4\Global. So select the right location of libraries, reimport (update) libraries and compile again.
