I have 0BA4 and I am trying to downcount & write on displays downcounting on unit

Attachment:down counter.zip (23 Downloads) This down counter is only for 0BA6 + It is not possible with lower versions :( I have 0BA4 and I am trying to downcount & write on displays downcounting on unit but did not find any solution ...

Betel Posts: 1690 Rating: (584)	Hi all, i have some comments to the given solution and i have build a modified version V2 with: - cleared unneeded blocks - faster puls trigger for an optimized reset time - secured reset time (at restet time inputs at I1 are ignored and all states at I1 are possible) The result is file "\DEMO_down counter_V2 0BA4.lsc" at the attachment. Because the parameters "on" and "off" of the counter in that solution are used i have additional give you another solution with free parameters to use of the main-counter. I managed downcounting like this, but if you must DC from 30.000+ , it is long way first to count to 30.000 And I have Q: I must count from 30.000 to zero with step 12(because mould has got 12 cavities ) I have oba4, but as I see if I buy 0ba7 it will be much much simplier to manage this ? I was told that 0ba7 have this features with downcounting with step and other useful stuff. thanks again !

Betel Posts: 1690 Rating: (584)	Hi dinac, yes the LOGO!-series 0BA6 and 0BA7 has Blocks counter with start value to set be every reset the block. But ther is no possibility the set a step with - ol the time the counter counts only the impulses at the input pin. Only with a circuit you can built n impulses for the counter by one puls as input signal. a) use a block "Edge triggered wiping relay"to build 1 to 9 pulses with smalest values of Th and TL b) faster, but needed more blocks, you use the technique i showed you before with the preset counter to build impulses witch need only two LOGO!-cycles (and not 0,02 s) Please remember: a) and b) have restrictions to the speed of the input impulses!
