Problem With Siwarwx Module Capacity

NDHGY Regular Member Joined: 3/21/2013 Last visit: 3/28/2025 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	good morning everyone i have problem inSIWAREX U module. 1-how much maximum weight we can calculate with this module. 2-I have to calculate 80 tone but the maximum limit is about 32 tone. how can i calculate 80 tone using module having mlfb no. is 7mh4950-2aa01. regards Tejas

ABenno Posts: 206 Rating: (22)	Hi NDHGY, the weight value of the Siwarex U is an 16bit Integer. So the maximum value is 32767. If you choose a resolution of 1kg you can measure up to 32.767t. You can also choose a resolution of 0.01t (10kg), then you can measure up to 327.67t. Regards ABenno

ABenno Posts: 206 Rating: (22)	Hi NDHGY, in the file "adjust1.jpg" you find the settings you have to make. According to this settings you have to set the adjustment weight, e.g. is you have an adjustment weight of 20t you have to input 2000 to the adjustment weight. I you do a theoretical adjustment, you have to enter the "sum of all nominal loads" accordingly. See the screen shot "adjust2.jpg" as example with 3 load cells 50t each.
