Driver ES / SIMOTION older version or not fully installed

ana.florescu Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello all, One question: I have this project which I try to open and I receive the following messages: 1. "Driver ES / SIMOTION older version or not fully installed". The thing is I have asked the supplier of the maschine with what version made the project, and the answer was that is Drive ES Basic v5.5 + SP1, and I have v5.4 + SP3. 2. When I try to open the project I get the following message: "The project contains objects of the software package 'Drive ES / SIMOTION ' , which cannot be edited because the software package is not installed or exists in an earlier version". 3. The third message is : HW config (1230:2016) "No changes can be made in this station", And it is really like this, because I was trying to add a DO module in the HW configuration, and I couldn't. What do I have to do to open the project, and to be allowed to edit it? The CPU is a nanobox PC Simatic IPC 227 D. Attachment 5.jpg (750 Downloads)

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 11/18/2024 Posts: 22453 Rating: (3030)	Hello, have you installed STARTER or SCOUT on your PC? Install Drive ES V5.5 SP1 an you can work with the Project. Reinstall STARTER after installing DriveES. Regards Christoph
