Successor CPU and successor modules

Note, this is only possible with a direct successor. Newer hardware ( successor of the successor) must be added to a new hardware config. Regards, Marcjan

Hello, When Changing From old product to direct sucessor, you do not need to modify the hardware configuration. Example: Old CPU:6ES7314-1EA03-0AB0 The sucessor product can be seen in the "Sucessor Product" tab Sucessor CPU:6ES7314-1EA04-0AB0 Hope this helps.
