Hi ENG alsofi, as I know the message always occurs if there is not enough performance. In the most cases there is no data loss. but if you want to find out if there are any data are lost or if want to know the reason why the message occurs than I think you have to ask the customer/technical support. They know which diagnostic data are necessary to find out the reason for this message.
