Why have I to use so old software I mean Visual Studio 2008 ? SINUMERIK 840D sl,

Why have I to use so old software I mean Visual Studio 2008 ? Do you plan to update the package to Visual Studio 2013 ? If not, what is really the problem ? Thanks for answer, Best regards, Christian
