Failsafe drive G120:CU-240_E_2_DP issue

Sachinpatke Posts: 623 Rating: (77)	Respected all, I have failsafe PLC -317F-2PN/DP and drive sinamics G120 with CU- 240E-2-DP. I used starter to configure drive and successfully loaded all configuration data. I am using 6 words of PKD/PZD. I am not using any failsafe functionality. But when I tried to start drive with Starter, it replied with F1910 (Profibus timeout) error and the communication gets broken momentarily and again resumes. Drive went into fault mode. When I tried to start drive with the help of PLC(moving 47F to PQW), I got same reply. Also I tried to use another, diffrent drive on the same network, I got the same experience with starter and PLC. I think the problem is with profibus settings in PLC or drive. Please guide me.

SandipPatel Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	i have faces same problem with g130 drive. then some body suggestged me to uncheck the check box of "PG/PC is the only master on the bus" in PG/PC communication. i tried it and it worked.

Sachinpatke Posts: 623 Rating: (77)	Dear all, Thanks for your replies. The problem is solved. The HW configuration and Starter configuration was diffrent for PPO type. In addition, the motor was not connected. Now it is working well.
