"No NC Ready"

Rasul Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	hi I had a alarm 2100 (battery).i pull out the battery more than 5 hours. now i have "No NC Ready". i dont have any backup , archive unfortunately. I can't start my machine. Please Help Meeeeee . thanks Splitted from sinumerik 840d fault. no nc alarm.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hi, Does your 840D is the PCU50? try checking any backups are present in read startup archive. any backups in NC Card too? You need to have the backups(NC-PLC) if it is not there try to get it from your OEM. Check it out... Regards, Ekalavya

Rasul Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	hi Ekalavya I have Hmi embeded PCU20 . order no : 6fc5 210 0df00 1aa2 I think I loss my data only on NCK . My Sinumerik order no : 6FC 5247 0AA00 0AA3 My simodrive order no : 6SN1145-1BA01-0DA1 I did these steps : machine data -> machine -> Reset NCK machine Data -> Service -> select one of items (For example : Machine Configuration) -> NC Card -> data out ( Target : NC Card) -> start (to copy to NC) now i don't now which items must be copied to NC Card THANK ALOT

Hello.... Your case indicates data loss !!!!!!!!! You need to load back your backups files(NC-PLC) for working the machine...... Regards, Ekalavya

zahirvatoli Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	hello.. i have a problem with nck replacement we have 5 axis cnc milling machine(BRETON, MATRIX 800 2T) with siemens 840d powerline.Due to NCK Alarn 2100, i replaced battery.After replaced, black screen !!! For me, this is first time i am seeing this error. All panel board keys and functions are ok. and also power led on monitor also on. please advise what i can do. waitting for earlier reply thanks
