Please specify your Logo version and your Operating System

You can normally use LOGOSoft with this error, only  the communication to the LOGO is not working.

Have you a USB Cable? Yes, have you installed the driver for the USB cable

Do you have connected your PC with the Siemens LOGO! cable with a LOGO!?

In your configurationscreen of Windows you can find the COM port that LOGOSoft use, Select it manualy

Use the newest LOGO!Soft version. If you have a payed version the update is free
