I am doing a project to synchronize 2 motors. The hardware I select are as follows:

(1) CPU315T-2DT

(2) IM174 module

(3) 2 Yaskawa divers (SGDM-30ADA) and servo motors

I want to control the servo motor with synchronized position control. In the yaskawa driver manual, it is said the required input can be PULS and SIGN. And in the PULS signal, the signal high should last more than 1us. I have struggled for several weeks but still failed to make the whole system run well.
When I select the position control of IM174, throgh the oscillograph, I can measure the output PULS. But it shows the signal high of the PULS only last 150ns. Though I can adjust the PULS' frequency by setting the speed, but the signal high's lasting time can not be changed. I wonder if the IM174 module could generate the PULS that is required by the yaskawa motor driver.

My questions are:

(1) Is the hardware configuration feasible for the motor control and synchronization?

SIMOTION APC Answer: Using Stepper on SIMOTION C230-2 and IM174, synchronization is working well.Motion will done with positon ore move command.
Detaied information in manual SIMOTION or T-CPU.

(2) How can I generate the PULS with more than 1us of its signal high?

It is my first time to use IM174 module and I also face a very tiny project delivery schedule. Any suggestion and feedback is appreciated. Thanks a lot.
