Protecting outputs with diodes? (flyback/freewheeling diode)

The wiring is okay. But have you considered that the transistor outputs can only supply 0.3 amps? |

DM24, probably all other LOGO!-s with transistor output used Infineon ITS4140 power switch per channel. According to datasheet freewheeling diode is already present. |
