I have a problem with the block "Vlvanl" pcs 7 V8.0:

  if I command in automatic mode through connecting to the opening or closing times remain blocker:

example:

  if openaut = 1 ===> MV = 100

  if closeaut = 1 ===> MV = 100 instead of 0

I think the reason for this is (see APL help in Neutral position for motors, valves and controllers):

SafePos = 1:

 Neutral position of the control valve is "Open" (MV.Value = MV_OpScale.High)
