I have an example for you. You must know that a LOGO no greater numbers than 32767 can handle. The program therefore I make use of 0-40 Ampere as input so that the numbers are not too large. This is corrected, the correct value is in the display. It is not quite right, you're only using 1 voltage measurement, but this is easy to adjust. Further comments in the example. Hi Jonny, sorry, but the answer before uses the product of A * V as kWh, but it is only the momentan value kW. To measure the Avalue use one amplifiver with Gain = 4; Offset = 0 and 1 digit after zero point for displaying. To measure theVvalue use two amplifiver with, both withGain = 5; Offset = 0 and2 digits after zero point for displaying. To display the momentanly power A * V use a math Funktion and calculate A * V / 100 -use 2 digits after zero piont and then you can displax xxx(,)xx kW. To measure or calculate the power in units kWh please look my answers and circuits at kWh counter for wind mill by LOGO Of couse, you must change some parameters to solve your problem and make it usuable for your sensor inputs.... If i have time and you give me some infos, then can i give you some more ideas to use my circuit. If your application use thefull sensor ranges up to 250 V and 400 A, then it is possible to measure the power in a resolution of 25 Wh. If the real value ranges are smaler, then ist is my be possible to get a betterresolution... Best regards Betel |
