Upgrade WinCC RC PO (250)

Hi,

I need to upgrade PCS 7 from version 7.0 to version 7.1. I also do some engineering. However, a pop up state that the PO is more than 250 appear when I want to start the runtime (please refer attachment). So, what kind of licence that I need to upgrade the WinCC RC PO to be greater than 250? Currently, I have licence WinCC RC PO (250) Version 7.0. I already bought licence SIMATIC PCS7 V7.1, OS Software Single Station PowerPack (PO 250->Po1.000), but still this licence does not match to upgrade WinCC RC PO 250.
