Hi all,

I have a really big doubt about the location where i can mount a soft starter.

The situation is the next: I'm assembling a control cabinet, but i need to know if i can put it on the machine or not.

The machine is a crusher cone so, it will be vibrating during operation. i think it might affect the Soft Starter, and damange it.

I want to know if the vibration of the machine affects it or i should locate the cabinet on the groung.

About my question, we are looking for using Anti-Vibration Rubber Damper between the cabinet and the machine... that considerably reduces the vibration in the cabinet... so, is there a possibility of mounting the cabinet on the machine?

But are sure that mounting of anti-vibration rubber pads/dampers would limit the vibrations & specified conditions ( in above thread ) could be achieved?

my team decided to locate the cabinet away from the machine (from 10 till 15 mts...Additionally, fyi, the crusher had also antivibration structure
