"w32tools.dll" error message

OUBRIK Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello I have a problem when I start WinCC Runtime. It shows me the message : "w32tools.dll not found Copy this dll from C:\Siemens\Step7\S7proj\wincproj\OS to C:\Siemens\WinCC" When I click "Ok" the runtime continue whitout problems. I have the message only when I start the runtime. How can i remove this error? What is the reason? Excuse my english ! Thank you

I do no find this DLL on my PCS 7 6.1 SP1 systems. Which version of PCS 7do you use? Do you have any further information about the problem?

Did engineer this project on your on or did a solution provider the engineering fore.g. some C-functions (which may contain/need this DLL) On my PCS7 V6.1 SP1 installation (installed with all options) I couldn´t detect this dll. nemo

As NEMO already mentioned you should check your scripts whether this Dll is called from there. Or is there any third-party software in the winCC startup list which needs access to the Dll?

I put her a list of the files in the "diagnose": SfcDiagnose Diagnose.dia LBMCS License.Bak License SIMATIC_S7_Protocol_Suite_01 WinCC_Op_01 WinCC_SStart_01 WinCC_SStart_02 Wicc_Sys_01 Winn_Sys_02 Xrefc xrefs In my project I use3 OS (Operator station) and 1 ES (Engineer Station). When I load the Wincc application in operator stations and when I start runtime in the operator stations I don't have the message about this dll. I think that I must reinstall the PSC7 in the ES.
