Could you explain why you would to short this time?
How long does it take until motor startup is finished in your application?

The motor protection is active while this startup time, it is just the stalled rotor protection which gets fade out while Motor startup to prevent a wrong tripping because of the higher startup motor current which is common multiple higher than rated Motor current.

I thought your request was on Stalled Rotor protection which can be additional set to the current limit monitoring features.
For the current limit monitoring features it is the same, it is also deactivated while startup to prevent a tripping while higher startup current is flowing.

So usually it does not make sense to have this current-based monitoring features active while motor startup because it would trip due to high startup current. Only the motor protection which is a delayed monitoring feature is active.

It is not possible to change current limit monitoring to ON mode but it is general possible to deactivate this startup override/faid-out of current-based monitoring features by change of "Type of Consumer Load" from "Motor" to "Resistive Load" because a Resistice Load does not have higher startup current.

Is this what you are looking for? Or why do you not want to have the suppression of current-based Monitoring functions while motor startup?

With Type of Consumer Load=Motor and change of CLASS setting to CLASS 5 this suppresion is active for 5 seconds only. Maybe this you would like to use but this will also have influence on the Motor protection tripping characteristic.
