NODE-RED CRASH AFTER USING MODBUS READ NODE

Hi all,

 whenever I use modbus node then all my flows get crashed and i have to delete my flows forcefully. 

putty terminal says ::-   illegal instruction and server get disconnected

please help me to get out of this.
