Things become much more evident , if you point out that you use alicloud for the sole purpose to provide a mqtt broker based on mosquitto. In your document you descibe how you read in a python script from the mqtt broker the very same data that were sent out previously. This causes uneccessary network traffic. Also not clear is why you use python and not just the node-red mqtt subscribe node.
