Problems Apogee not connect

I have a Siemens Insight 3.5 software package on my building. When I open the insight software and go to the connect tree the Ethernet BLN will not connect. The message read as follows. Either channel is already connected to the BLN or it is in the processe attempting to connect to the BLN. Subsystem: BLN Identifier 00000010. Can someone help me with so correction options?
