Please switch OFF power supply of machine, switch it ON again, if the problem persist, please check you have valid NC PLC backup data. If yes, switch OFF power of machine, take out main NCU board, clean the connectors carefully, reinsert the card & switch ON power of machine & check. If POK LED lits you can restore/reload NC/PLC back up data. Be aware - please do above remedial action only if you have valid NC, PLC back up data files & you are well aware about how to restore/reload NC/PLC data. HTH.

farukh sama Posts: 95 Rating: (0)	sir,there is a memory card on nc unit. i cleaned nc unit card but still same problem,is there possibilty that plc problem? beacause there is s7 300 cpu and it showing SF fault also.this machine was not in use from last 3 years. please help me.

Hello, Please get the NCU unit repaired, i.e. 5V Green LED must get ON & display should be visible, without this you can not acess NC or PLC data. NC card (PCMCIA) holds system software & only comes in picture when NCU gets 5 Volt power supply which is missing in your case. After getting NCU live, you need to reload NC & PLC .arc files in order to restore your machine condition. So please check if you have valid NC & PLC .arc files. HTH.
