Is there a way to change that USB to a COM port?

thank you i didn't know i should put in term mode to use freeport, now i have another issue i can upload to the plc with no problems but it seems it's connected to a literally USB port i mean when i open configuration and connections i just saw  USB the problem is that nor realterm nor other programs detect that port ¿is there a way to change that weird USB to a COM port?

I just installed the ch340 driver and i've looking for some  solution
