simple timer system

rmckeown Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Sorry, I am a complete newbie trying to make an existing project work which iswired using a Logo. No program exists in the Logo. 5 items are wired in the system (pumps and blowers). All I want to do is have each of them running for a set time each day. I have been able to set up the clock, and the timer. How do I (in the simplest of terms please) get the pumps to operate at those times. thanks in anticipation Roy

FunStuff Posts: 103 Rating: (10)	Assuming you have no interlocks or other safety features wired into the LOGO. The simplest way to do this would be to use 5 weekly timers with each output attached directly to the LOGO output (Q). I attached a screen shot for example. Attachment Logo.JPG (1032 Downloads)

FunStuff Posts: 103 Rating: (10)	Yes, just put the OR block between the timers and the Q and you could create (if needed) a full 7 day sequence with the run time for each day different.
