I used the siemens official example https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/102020340 and even found on youtube example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeZ8btlq2zk I did exactly everything the same but not working. I wan't that my S7-1200 work as Server (slave) for 3rd party devices. But with medford and Modbus poll tools can't red any coils,input registers, holding registers... TIA version: V14 SP1 Update 6 PLC. S7-1215 ... 215-1AG40-0XB0 with firmware V4.2.2 MB_Server block with 4.1 version ... tried with 4.0 also ... Did anyone had similar problem? MB Server modbus parameters are simple ... look attachment ... my laptop IP is set on 192.168.127.200 put/get on PLC is checked and have full accsess On status message of MB_Server block is 7002 What am I missing? Is it firmware problem? Do I need to install something additional? GSD files or something else ... Attachment ModbusData.JPG (733 Downloads)

But don't understand how the hell this worked for this guy ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eeZ8btlq2zk I even using same scan tool ... same software ... And this guy enered his IP ...
