TP070 NOT RESPONSE

My TP070 stop response after working for years. during startup i can see thebootup screen (see in the attach file) but the screen not response to my touch .meaning not able to go to transfer or config after 10 seconde the application start but still not response to my finger touch on the screen.eventhe panel still able to communicate with the PLC i tried memory reset but no result. my question what can i do ? is thepanel malfunction ? which software support this panel? is away to reload the operation window ce software? any asist will be appreciat. hanani Attachment tp070.JPG (261 Downloads)

But first of every thing try to reload the application software on the TP070 using a serial cable. The software that we normally use for programming this screen is "TP designer" Check also the connected cabel and sockets for both ends. Regards,
