Thanks to Sachin as he had already cleared majority of the issue!

I just want to comment that as WinCC is similar to that of an universal SCADA/HMI that's why there is no problem in any sort of Third Party application software management. In WinCC all sorts of devices known popularly in Field are available for driver communication establishment.

Also I will to like to mention that if you are looking for support in Windows XP based communication or development issues then sorry buddy no one can take the responsibility as those are already obsolete software/hardware base.

Now I just want to know what is your exact requirement!
