autoexp Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Dear all I am having logo 8 (6ED1052-1MD08-0BA0) and Analog input expansion card (6ED1055-1MA00-0BA2) attached with logo.KIndy any one help me in wiring the analog input for analog input card.As I could not able to read analog input values when given to the analog module.Can any specify the address for the analog expansion card?Is it AI1 or AI3 or AI5 in the logo soft comfort. Please include wiring diagram too.

The addressing of the analog inputs depends on the number of analog inputs enabled on the basic module. No analogue input on the base module released: Then the address of the first analog input on the first analog input module AI1. Two analog inputs released on the base module: Then the address of the first analog input on the first analog input module AI3. AI1 and AI2 are then reserved for the base module. Four analog inputs released on the base module: Then the address of the first analog input on the first analog input module AI5. AI1, AI2, AI3 and AI4 are then reserved for the base module. By default, two analog inputs are enabled on the base module. You can set this under: File > Properties > Offline settings > I/O settings Attachment Untitled.PNG (710 Downloads)

The temperature sensor is an external transmitter with a measuring range of 0-100°C and a 0-10V output. Two analog inputs are enabled on the base module, so the first input on the analog expansion module is AI3. The analog amplifier scales the input value to a range of 0.0 to 100.0 °C for the display.
