840d tool length

 Dear Sir,

i am commissioning 840d sl.

machine having 2 spindle individual on 2 z axis. on same x axis.

machine makes two job at same time 

now in NC one magazine is configured Physically two magazine is there but working at same time with same tool no in same channel.

Now Physical tool change is completed in both spindle but problem of tool length not consider in 2nd spindle of Z axis. 1st spindle works ok.

Have you interface 2 spindle with two magazine tool management in single channel configuration

please suggests solution or any reference for this type.
