I am programming a 415H system that is connected to some safety IO using a redundant link. I am having trouble reintegrating my cards by means of a push button, connected to a safety DI.

When working in S7 300F or 1500F systems in FB, we use FB219 FIACK_GL to do this. Is there something similar for CFC?

For S7-F/FH systems , the  "Acknowledgement Reintegration" signal is a safety related input to all blocks.The most suggested way to do so is using F_QUITES from the same safety library.It is well integrated with Wincc and PCS 7.Even you can use your engineering PG  to  do so.Refer to the help of block or the following video for more clues.You need to connect the output to the correct ACK_REI signal in each safety block.

The other way,that I don't recommend, is using a not safety signal then convert it to safety signal and finally detect its positive edge for Ack required blocks.

If you are using PCS 7 and SIMATIC Wincc,there is a faceplate to do so.It is convenient and easy to use. WinCC component is part of installation for S7-F/FH systems.
