Do you have the SIRIUS USB PC-Cable 3UF7941-0AA00-0?
If yes, have you installed the required driver from:

Are you using SIMOCODE ES V15.1?
Did you recognize the correct COM port shown at TIA for the USB PC Cable?
Have you set the COM properties at TIA Portal to SIRIUS PtP?

To identify the reason for the General Fault LED state it is necessary to go online with engineering tool or have a look at the optional 3UF7 Operator Panel with display.

I guess you get a configuration fault if the parameterization is on factory settings. That means you need to download parameters with correct HW configuration to the Basic Unit.
