Yes, thats possible, but you must have 2 counters.

Or make a total of 2 counters.

You must use the right LOGO and the right inputs, the programm is only to demonstate how you can count 2 (or more) counters.

In this case it would be better to use the right inputs I3,I4,I5,I6 for the cnt inputs of the counters. Logo controller with fast counter inputs needs DC supply, all controllers with also AC supply don't have fast counter inputs. (DC is okay, UC or AC is not okay)
