Hi, Well, in this context optional is the way to go.. You want the block but for a few instances, you don't want have this block, so setting that block as optional is the solution. You may also create another CMT: One without the block, but than you won't use the concept of CMT's optimally. Do you have a problem using optional blocks? Beware that the advantage over Process Tag Types is that CMT's (types) can be synchronized with already created CM's (instances) in the project. Changes on the CM will get you warnings when you want to synchronize. |
