MM420 alarm A0503

Hello, dear collegues!

I work with MM420 and I have alarm A0503.

Power supply is 380V

r0260 shows 410

P210 is set 400

Does anybody know where is the problem?

Split from Alarm A0503 and Fault F003.

This is usually down to poor supply.

Check all 3 phases are present,

380 Volts is low, but is within the tolerances for the power supply for this drive.

Check that the Voltage is stable under load with minimum ripple.

It still does not work. Voltage is normal (3 phases, 380V linear), I suppose that dc-link voltage sensor does not work (this converter is after repearing -- 1 diod blown up and power module was changed).

Now I try to find problem in the dc-link voltage sensor...
